U.S. SHIPPING


Standard shipping is free on U.S. orders $150+. Orders under $150 ship at a non-refundable flat rate of $8.  We use USPS.  USPS does ship to PO box addresses.   


We’ll pack your order up with pretty, planet friendly packaging, and send you a tracking number when it’s on the way. We usually get orders out within 2 business days. Total delivery time depends on will vary depending on your location.

Buyer is responsible for additional shipping costs if buyer provides the incorrect shipping address.

Please Note: We’re living in crazy times, and carriers are still seeing random delays. We do everything we can to get your order in the mail promptly, but then it’s out of our hands. Unfortunately, we can’t take responsibility for weather, plagues, or package thieves (but we do offer an additional insurance option).   For peace of mind, please purchase the Route insurance.

VALANI does not take responsibility for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.  Sometimes packages are marked as delivered a few days before they are actually received.  In that case, please wait a few days to see if the package shows up.   

If it still doesn't show up, please contact your local USPS.

U.S. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We hope you love your VALANI garments as much as we do. But if you need to swap a size or send it back, we want to make it as easy as possible. Exchanges are free for the first request, and come with a complimentary return shipping label for domestic orders. 

Returns for a refund incur an $8 fee to help offset shipping costs.  This fee is waived if at least (1) item is kept.

You’ll have 15 days from the package delivery date to initiate a return or exchange. You may request your balance in the form of store credit or have the original purchase amount returned to your credit card.

Please return packages within 5 days of receiving return label.  Returned items must be shipped with original packaging and tags.  


Returns for store credit will receive a credit for 100% of the value of the returned item. 
Any shipping fees, carbon offsets or Route insurance purchased is not refundable.  Your store credit will never expire and can be used toward anything on our site. 

We only accept returns on items that are in perfect condition with the tags on. We wouldn’t want to send another woman something that’s been worn, altered, or washed by someone else. If an item is returned in poor condition, we may not be able to offer a refund.

Returns will be processed within 5-7 business days upon receipt.  Please allow up to 7-10 days for the credit to be returned to your credit card.  

 

SHIPPING TO CANADA  

We've extended our shipping to include our neighbors to the north via USPS.


A couple things to note:

  • All currency noted on the site is in USD.  

  • Orders will be shipped via USPS International at a non-refundable flat rate of $15. 

  • Package should arrive between 7-21 days.  We ship from California, so it may be sooner if you're closer.  

  • Buyer will be responsible for any duties, broker, taxes and customs clearance fees.  This will be collected separately at delivery of the package (not at checkout).   Sorry - we aren't able to provide an estimate for this.

  • Any package returned due to refusal to pay duties, taxes or customs clearance fees will not receive a refund.

  • Purchase of Route Insurance is required and not refundable.  This covers theft and lost packages.  

  • Buyer is responsible for additional shipping costs if buyer provides the incorrect shipping address.

EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY FOR CANADA:

  • You’ll have 15 days from the delivery date to initiate a return.  Package must be postmarked within 5 days of contacting us for a return.
  • Return shipping is currently the customer’s responsibility.
  • Buyer is responsible for requesting refunds for any duties, broker, taxes and customs clearance fees from the Canada Border Services Agency.  
  • Original shipping and route insurance is not refundable.
  • We only accept returns on items that are in perfect condition with the tags on.  Item cannot be worn, torn, altered or washed.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING



While we don't ship directly overseas, we recommend using a package forwarding service that ships orders to your final destination outside of the U.S.   Stackry is a great option for buyers who frequently purchase from international shops online as it may reduce shipping costs.  They will provide you with a US mailing address and take care of the transaction.  

Please note:  When you use this type of service, it is the responsibility of the package forwarding company to make sure the package reaches the final international destination.  VALANI is only responsible for making sure the package reaches the US address provided.

ROUTE INSURANCE

Route Package Protection covers lost, stolen, and damaged items.

When refunding an item, Route covers the subtotal of the order. Shipping costs, taxes, and the Route premium are not included.

When replacing an item, Route covers the subtotal of the order, the Route premium, shipping costs, and taxes. Route does not pay custom/duty fees.

INSURANCE

We’ve partnered with a company called Route to give you the opportunity to purchase insurance for your order. They offer coverage for packages that are delayed, damaged, lost, or abducted by aliens. To learn more about their rates and easy breezy claims filing process, visit https://claims.route.com/.

In the event that you need to file a claim, you will work with Route directly (not VALANI customer service).   

 

SALE OR CLEARANCE ITEMS 

We love a good deal, but there are some limitations. Items purchased during a sale can only be returned for store credit, not a refund. Items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for returns or exchanges of any kind. Discount codes cannot be combined and are not accepted for the purchase of sale items.
