Conscious Breathing

Most people live life never thinking about how they breathe. But maybe they would if they knew how life changing it could be. Harnessing the power of your breath truly brings health benefits from the inside out. Conscious breathing means being aware and controlling our breath in a way that makes a positive impact on our physical and mental health.

With controlled breathing, your body naturally relaxes and sensations increase. This allows for a deep dive into your subconscious - opening up a connection to the deepest part of yourself. Your breath can also energize the body and release bottled emotions.

Breathwork can be an intense experience but insanely beautiful to feel. When I started doing breathwork, I never thought that I’d fall in love with it so quickly. Conscious breathing has helped bring me inner peace and an overwhelming sense of calm. This is what I’ve needed my entire life. Why did it take me so long to finally breathe? I’m able to handle stress, anxiety and life circumstances with more preparedness and strength.

Breathwork has become a powerful tool for me to heal emotionally and spiritually. The Lighter Living lifestyle not only applies to our impact on the Earth, but to the heavy emotions that we carry every day.

Breathwork promotes a general sense of well-being and teaches you how to manage stress and anxiety. It can help to heal trauma and promote inner strength. Many of us have to deal with stress and anxiety everyday and could use a healthy way to process it. After having such a transformational experience, I felt the need to share it with the world. It was obvious for me to become a certified breathwork coach.

I want to teach people how to use breathwork to release negative emotions and get back to feeling amazing. With so much darkness in this world - this is one way of adding some light.
